A SCENIC PARADISE

Arrival and transfer to our luxury accommodations in Saigon where you will have an opportunity to settle in and refresh.
In the afternoon we head out for a city highlights tour of bustling Saigon and a visit to the central market to rub shoulders with the locals while browsing the countless stalls.

We return for a sumptuous dinner and chance to relax and recharge for tomorrow’s exciting experience.

We begin today with a visit to the incredible Cu Chi Tunnels. Drive in a VIP vehicle or luxury speedboat experience (optional extra) through the incredible landscape alongside the Saigon riverbanks, followed by a tour of the tunnels to experience fascinating wartime history - in the jungle.After a day full of incredible touring and experiences, we return to Saigon to enjoy a spectacular dinner and good night’s rest.
We enjoy a lavish breakfast and then transfer to the airport for a flight to Hue where we embark on today’s journey with a guided tour of the Hue Imperial Citadel and Forbidden City.Following a magical tour of this incredible destination, we head to the coastal town of Lang Co in central Vietnam where we will be staying at a beautiful beach resort.
Today we slow down the pace to give you a chance to enjoy the amazing facilities and surrounding area of our lovely beach resort in this coastal paradise, which includes: spa, beach, pool, tennis, golf, fitness club, kids play-ground and much more.

Relax, unwind and indulge!

Following a wonderful day of relaxation, a unique Kabbalat Shabbat awaits followed by a magnificent Shabbat dinner in amazing surroundings for a truly unique Kosher Gourmet Shabbat experience.
We will enjoy a special Shabbat with all the trimmings in an incredibly unique and wonderful setting.
Enjoy one more full day in this tranquil setting to take advantage of the resort’s facilities before we pick up the pace again tomorrow and continue on our journey to discover Vietnam’s most unique gems.

For those interested, we will also be arranging a day trip in the area. (Please let us know at the time of booking if you wish to join as the trip is dependent on a minimum number of participants.)
e head out this morning for a day packed with new and fascinating experiences as we head to the ancient port town of Hoi An.

Our route will take us past the coastal town of Danang via the Hai Van Pass, one of the most scenic drives in Vietnam that offers breathtaking stops along the way and numerous moments to appreciate the natural wonders of Vietnam.

Some of today’s highlights include exploring the natural beauty of Son Tra Peninsula, a place of serene beaches and lush greenery and panoramic views of this coastal paradise; participating in traditional activities at Man Thai Village; and visiting some of the historic cultural sights of Hoi An.

Our touring experience will combine amazing fun activities, like exploration of the charming pastoral countryside of Hoi An on a bicycle and hopping into a round basket boat to float through the river communities, villages and water coconut forests.

At the end of an incredible day, we transfer to Danang airport for our flight to Halong Bay, a designated UNESCO World Heritage Site that is considered one of the 7 wonders of the world where we will be staying at a luxury Villa complex along the pristine Bai Chay beach.
Today we embark on a magnificent cruise aboard our own private luxury ship, to sail the enchanting Halong Bay. As the day unfolds, we will visit magnificent caves with incredible rock formations and experience some of the most fascinating wonders that nature has to offer as we cruise into the heart of Halong Bay.You will be able to descend into the crystal-clear waters via bamboo boat or kayak and visit a floating village, all the while surrounded by the amazing sights of the bay that are constantly present on this luxurious cruise.
Breathtaking views from above the Bay await as we travel a unique sea crossing cable car system high above the Bay that will take us up to an amazing theme park for a fun filled day with the family.
This morning, we depart early on a magnificent drive of unfolding scenic beauty for our trip to Hanoi.

Our city highlights tour in Hanoi will soak in the captivating atmosphere of this ancient city steeped in culture and tradition as we take you to the city’s most famous sites.

In the late afternoon, we depart Hanoi for the next incredible leg of our Vietnam discovery adventure.

Heading north to the luscious mountains, we will make an overnight stop and then continue in the morning towards our incredible destination - magnificent Sapa overlooking the terraced rice fields of the Muong Hoa Valley, where we will stay at a luxury hotel located in the heart of the mountainous town of Sapa, nestled on a hillside amidst majestic mountains with spectacular views of the poetic Muong Hoa valley and the impressive Hoang Lien Son mountain range.
Nicknamed, "the Roof of Indochina", Fansipan Mountain, standing at a height of 3,147.3 meters, is the highest mountain in Vietnam and in Indochina.

Offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valleys, verdant forests, and traditional hill villages, it promises an unforgettable experience that will leave you in complete awe.

We ascend to the peak via the Fansipan Cable Car from which the breathtaking views of lush green valleys and towering mountains will already begin to surround you. The entire journey takes about 15 minutes each-way, during which time you can already enjoy the stunning scenery from the comfort of your seat
This will be a Shabbat like none other you have every experienced before, with such scenery and tranquility like no other place on the globe. Here, Shabbos walk takes on an entirely new meaning.
Today we experience up-close the rice terraces and visit small villages on the way, as we trek by foot through the scenery that we have been viewing from above over the past few days. Participation in the trek and the route will be determined based upon the level of fitness of participants.

Those who wish to take a short route or to stay at the hotel can enjoy a more relaxed day at the spa taking advantage of the hotel’s facilities.
This morning there will be an opportunity to explore the town of Sapa and to do some shopping.

In the afternoon, we return to Hanoi airport on a lengthy, but incredibly scenic drive to catch our late evening flights home.

Because of its geographical shape (Vietnam stretches over 2,000 km from North to South) the climate varies greatly across the various regions of the country, with three distinct climatic zones- North, Centre- and South. July/August is the summer rainy season in North and South Vietnam with lots of sunshine, warm temperatures, and regular heavy showers to cool things down a little. Central Vietnam, in contrast, is usually dry and hot during this time.

In short, pack mainly lights summer clothes, a light raincoat/poncho , and shoes that can get wet- for trekking, water-resistant boots are highly recommended.

Generally, no vaccinations are required for visiting Vietnam.

However, visitors should be sure that they are inoculated against typhoid, cholera, hepatitis A and B, tetanus and polio.

Malaria and Dengue Fever are present and it is advisable to take precautions particularly if traveling off the established tourist trail. If you plan to take anti-malarial tablets, you usually need to start the course of tablets one week before arrival. Prior to travel we recommend seeking a qualified medical practitioner’s advice about vaccinations and up to date precautionary medicine based upon your itinerary- Areas we visit in Vietnam are mainly very low to no risk malaria areas according to the information available to us.

All travelers should take out comprehensive travel insurance prior to travel that will cover any overseas medical costs, including medical evacuation. If you require a particular medication, ensure that you take an adequate supply as it may not be available locally.

The currency in Vietnam is the Vietnamese Dongs (VND) and abbreviated in the domestic market as “đ”.

Upon arriving in Vietnam, you’ll want to have some cash in the local currency. You can find ATMs accepting international cards just outside the arrival gates at all major airports.

ATMs are a common sight in Vietnamese cities, and you should have no trouble locating one in most destinations. International cards such as Visa are accepted at more than 20,000 ATMs nationwide.

While cash is used for small purchases and street vendors in Vietnam, most establishments accept payments from major credit card providers such as Visa.

Wondering how much money to prepare for your trip in Vietnam? Here is some approximate sample prices (for purposes of a general idea only):

Most visitors to Vietnam require a visa to enter the country and all travelers must have a passport valid for six months after the date of your arrival in Vietnam.

Tourists holding ASEAN passports do not need a visa for a visit up to 30 days.

The Vietnamese Immigration Department issues E-visas to foreigners through an online application process that takes about a week (allow two weeks at least please.) E-visas are issued with a validity period of up to 90 days, one-entry for 25 USD or multiple entries for 50 USD, and payable online. E-visa holders may enter and exit Vietnam through 42 designated international border gates, including all international airports.

Vietnam uses Type A, Type C, Type F and Type G power plugs and sockets. Type A can be characterized as having 2 flat vertical pins, common in the US. Type C is more common in the EU, and has two round pins that are 4.0mm.

In Vietnam, electrical supply is 200 Volts and 50Hz. Travelers from countries with different voltage and frequency standards may need voltage converters to safely use their appliances in Vietnam. However, if your device says "100-240V, 50-60Hz", it means that it is compatible with all voltage standards worldwide, including Vietnam. As long as the plug is compatible, you can utilize these devices anywhere.
